Who is CheatArmy?
CheatArmy is a team of friends and developers whose interest in game modifications began with Counter-Strike in the early 2000s. We started offering products publicly in 2018 and have continued to build our community, products, setup guides, and customer support since then.
Where can I check the current product status?

Most customers who meet the product requirements and follow the instructions can complete setup in approximately 5–10 minutes. Setup time can vary by product, system configuration, and required updates. Some products also include a video guide.

How do I purchase?
First, check that your chosen product is currently available:

How long does it take for me to receive my key?
Access is normally assigned automatically shortly after a successful payment. In most cases, it is available immediately.
If access does not appear, refresh the page, confirm that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase, and check that the payment completed successfully. If it is still missing, open a support ticket and include your order information:
Never post payment details or license information publicly.
Why is my card declined?
Card payments may be declined by your bank or the payment processor. Check that your name, billing address, card number, expiry date, and security code match your bank records. A VPN or proxy can also cause a payment to be rejected, so disable it before trying again.
Your bank may need to approve online or international transactions. If the information is correct and the payment is still declined, contact your bank or use another payment method displayed at checkout. CheatArmy cannot override a decline issued by a bank or payment processor.
Which Windows Versions do you support?
Many CheatArmy products support Windows 10 and Windows 11, but exact editions and builds can vary by product and may change after Windows or game updates.
Check the requirements on the individual product page and tutorial before purchasing. Preview, Insider, heavily modified, or newly released Windows builds may not be supported until they have been tested. If you are unsure about your build, contact support before buying.
Are Intel and AMD processors supported?
Many CheatArmy products support both Intel and AMD processors. Requirements can vary by product, so check the individual product page and tutorial before purchasing. Contact support if your processor or system configuration is not listed.
Why can PayPal cost more?
If PayPal is available at checkout, its price may be higher because it is handled through a third-party payment processor that charges additional processing fees. The complete price is shown before you confirm payment. Other available methods, such as card or cryptocurrency, may have a lower total price.
Is using third-party game software risk-free?
No. Third-party game software carries risk, including possible account penalties, software conflicts, or downtime following game and anti-cheat updates. A green or "Up" status means the product is currently available according to our latest information; it is not a guarantee against future detection or account action.
Review the current product status, requirements, and terms before purchasing and decide whether the risk is acceptable to you.
I purchased a subscription. What should I do next?
After a successful purchase, your account should automatically receive the access associated with your subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the account used at checkout, then open the product's download or launcher area and read the complete tutorial before running anything.
If access does not appear after refreshing or signing in again, open a support ticket with your order information:
Sign in to the CheatArmy account used for your purchase. Once your subscription access has been assigned, use the Launcher or download link provided in the protected product area and follow its setup tutorial.
Only download CheatArmy files from official CheatArmy pages. Do not use files or links sent by unofficial third parties. If you cannot see the download area, open a support ticket.
Tell us which product you are using, your Windows version and build, the step where the problem occurs, and the exact error message. Screenshots can help, but remove passwords, license keys, payment details, and other sensitive information before attaching them.
Can I purchase a lifetime subscription?
No. CheatArmy does not offer lifetime subscriptions. Available subscription lengths vary by product, and some longer plans may be limited or unlisted. Contact support if you want to ask about the longest currently available option.
Do not purchase a supposed CheatArmy lifetime plan from an unofficial seller.
