After chatting with the staff, I found out that I used the EAC spoofer by accident which caused me to get banned. I've followed their guidance after that and haven't been banned since. Changing my review to a 5-star. Great support from staff, great product. No bans anymore!

i used the spoofer without reading not to use it and that it causes bans , im buying a new steam account with rust and going to try it again but worked so far so good , going to try again tomorrow
