What to look for in the video
The footage is edited for pacing, with transitions, goal effects and usernames blurred. The green flashes and screen shake are video-editing effects added to highlight the goals, not features of the product.
Disable Opponent AI: a Premium feature
Red-shirted defenders during the final gameplay sequence. Watch the embedded video to see their behavior throughout the attacking run.
Disable Opponent AI is included with FC27 Premium and is not included with Lite.
The feature concerns opponent AI behavior inside supported match environments. In the final sequence, the stationary red-shirted defenders make that behavior easier to see while the attacking player moves forward.
This should not be confused with physically disabling another person's controller or changing their hardware. The feature name refers to the in-game opponent AI.
Feature behavior and availability can change with the game mode, supported build and official updates. Check the current product information for the mode and controls you intend to use.
What the disconnect clips show
The video includes moments where FC27 reports that the connection to the opponent has been lost.
That message confirms that the match connection ended. It does not, by itself, establish whether the opponent chose to leave, experienced a connection problem or disconnected for another reason.
We have included these moments to show how those recorded match sequences ended.
Do you need Premium or Lite?
Choose Premium if Disable Opponent AI is the feature you are looking for. Premium also includes advanced match controls and individual player / Virtual Pro editing, as detailed in the current product feature list.
Lite includes core team controls such as 99 stats and PlayStyles. Lite also includes Bail Me Out, which is separate from Disable Opponent AI.
